Privacy Policy

Personal Information

We would request for your personal information by asking you to fill out our order form when ordering which includes Name, Contact Number, Email address and Banking Infos.

This information are needed for processing the order.


Such information are important to us so we would be able to allocate the product effectively to the person who has ordered the items.

Contact numbers are required when the collection mode is meetup or when there is urgent need for contact when email would be too slow for any reply.
Mailing address if for shoppers who have opted to receive their items through postage.
Banking information is to verify that we have received your payment.

We do not disclose nor market your personal details to public/private organisation nor any other shoppers who have enquire what your have purchased. Your information will be kept securely with us. Information will only be shared upon receiving permission from the shopper.


By purchasing and becoming one of our shoppers, you have agreed to our privacy policy.


Refunding Policy

All items have been checked before sending to shoppers. Should you receive any defect items, please email us asap with the image or snapshot of that faulty area. We will get back to you asap.


Refund is possible if you do not wish to get the items anymore.

Exchange will be available while we order a new one for you.

Please mail the items back to us through reg mail (shopper payable) and we will have the item mail to you through reg mail (payable by us).


For shoppers who have opted through meetup, exchanging or refunding of the item(s) is strictly at Serangoon MRT/Nex only, or any other places to our convenience.
