Kawaii Lens~ reserve the rights to change/amend the T&C without prior notification. Please ensure you check it before you start your purchase.

• Prices of items are NON-NEGOTIABLE unless stated.

• We are not responsible for any lost or damage mail via normal postage. 
(Registered postage or SmartPac is strongly encouraged, because it comes with a tracking number to track your parcel if it doesn't reach you on time.)

• No cancellation of orders are allowed after orders are confirmed.
If not you will be blacklisted = banned from future orders, name and info to be published.

• Payments must be made 48hours after receiving an invoice from us.
(Payments that are not made within 48hours, orders will be cancelled automatically.
If you need more time to make payment, please let us know in advance.)

• No refunds unless special cases!

• No handphone = no deal.

• Please do not rip any of our pictures without our permission.

• Please send in order forms, no order form = no orders will be placed

• Please be patient as time is needed for them to mail out items and for items to reach me.
